Francine Katsoudas Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer Cisco

Francine Katsoudas is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of Cisco. She plays a major role in the company’s overall performance, leading organizational strategy, promoting operational effectiveness, and elevating team performance through innovative leadership.

She leads Cisco’s business-driven People Strategy and People Deal, both of which support and align to Cisco’s overall business strategy and are essential to driving the Company’s transformational journey. She also is evolving Cisco’s approach to strategic workforce planning with programs highlighting the skills and capabilities that employees need to be innovative in today’s technology driven environment. She fosters a culture of full spectrum participation, emphasizing inclusion and collaboration to drive exponential business value.

An 18-year veteran of Cisco, Katsoudas has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, driving large scale growth, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. Prior to her current role, she was the HR leader and business partner to the Engineering leadership team helping oversee its workforce of more than 25,000 people. She has also held leadership positions in the Service Provider, HR Operations, Customer Service, Acquisition Integration and Services groups.

Prior to Cisco, Katsoudas worked in both the financial and professional services industries with a focus on customer service and operations.

Fran is a member of the Children’s Discovery Museum Board.

 

Gianpaolo Barozzi

Gianpaolo Barozzi, Senior Director of HR, Cisco

Gianpaolo Barozzi is an HR Sr Director within the Cisco Global Talent Management organization. His current responsibilities include enterprise-wide leadership for career enablement, management development and internal talent marketplace. Gianpaolo is based in Milan, Italy, and holds a degree in Physics. His passion for science, design thinking and the blend of theory and experiments is the foundation of his characteristic innovative and future-looking professional forma mentis.

 

Jeanne Meister

Jeanne Meister – Founding Partner, FutureWorkplace

Jeanne Meister is a Founding Partner of Future Workplace LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to assisting organizations in re-thinking, re-imagining and re-inventing the workplace. Jeanne is also the author of three books. Her newest book, The 2020 Workplace: How Innovative Companies Attract, Develop, and Keep Tomorrow’s Employees Today, co-written with Karie Willyerd, was published by Harper Collins in May 2010, and is now in its thirteenth printing!

Recently, Jeanne was the receipt of the Distinguished Contribution in Workplace Learning Award by the ASTD at their International conference May, 2014. This award is given to one senior learning professional each year honoring their contribution and body of work in the field of workplace learning. Jeanne is also on the Board of Advisors for Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS) as well as the Kronos Board of Advisors for their Workforce Institute. Jeanne has also been nominated and selected by her peers as “one of the top 20 most influential training professionals” by TrainingIndustry. Bizzabo lists Jeanne on the Top 25 Most Engaging Speakers in HR for 2014.

Jeanne is a highly acclaimed keynote speaker at business conferences and industry symposia worldwide. Her visionary insight and experience in designing high performing learning organizations make her sought after by business, government and higher education audiences. She is a guest columnist and a member of the Executive Board for CLO Magazine, and has become a Contributor to Forbes Magazine, writing a column entitled 2020 Workplace: Preparing For The Future.

 

Kevin Mulcahey

Kevin Mulcahey – Partner, FutureWorkplace

Kevin is a Strategic Partner with Future Workplace and a trainer and facilitator on workplace trends and entrepreneurship. With Future Workplace, Kevin is a champion of framing trends and leading business planning workshops internationally. At Babson College, Kevin teaches entrepreneurship and scenario planning on the MBA and Executive Education programs. Internationally, Kevin teaches business growth classes and conducts workshops in Asia, Middle East and Latin America on innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship and on reinventing business models. Previously, Kevin was a research director at Fuld & Company, where he led international research teams on delivering market insights and recommendations on competitive business practices for global manufacturing and technology clients.
